Welcome to Directorate of Science & Technology Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Department of Science & Technology and Information & Technology was created in October 2003 under the National Policy on Science and Technology.  The Directorate of Science and Technology (DoST)  was established in December 2006 with the joining of the start up team comprising of Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director with a small start up support staff.

Director S&T was notified as the Head of the Attached Directorate. The DoST has been mandated to promote and develop science and technology in every sphere of life in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  View Details

Anything the Directorate does will become precedence for other provinces.The DoST has currently been housed in a rented office in Deans Trade Center Peshawar, Sadar Cantt.(Office No: Suite TF : 250, Floor No 3rd) .
